These magnificently proportioned spaces are rooms for staying in, spreading out, entertaining and relaxing. Tall ceilings and recessed pelmets extend the floor to ceiling glass, creating an ever-present connection to the gardens outside.

Fender Katsalidis has designed highly liveable spaces which can easily be furnished to suit personal tastes. A sculptural table, a feature couch or a work of art could become the hero of the room. Recessed pairs of downlights create warm pools of light and a sophisticated ambience - where light and shadow evoke a chiaroscuro technique and bring a sense of depth to the living spaces.
Residences on the upper floors feature generous wrap-around balconies that provide your home with a true feeling of space and light. These are tranquil spaces to connect with family, friends and nature.
Locale Inspired Design.
Fender Katsalidis have taken design gestures from the surrounding homes and reimagined them in a contemporary context. Bay windows of the period homes are now angled windows with seating nooks. Separate zones throughout the residences have also been created. Where there is combined living, kitchen and dining area, the master bedroom is its own ‘wing’ with a walk-in robe and large ensuites. The design and layout of the rooms will allow residents to feel secure and private and when residents relax outside or around the fireplaces, there will be a sense of calmness and serenity.
